ConCom Safetys values are deeply rooted in the everyday life and is a sustaining part of our way of working. It is not just words on a paper, but values that are kept alive.
Our values are:
- Conflict avoidance – All events must be planned and documented in order to avoid conflicts.
- By Communication – There must be room for everybody. The best experience comes via communication, and therefore communication has our highest priority. Communicate with clients, guests and colleagues. By positive communication we can avoid conflicts.
